Cancellation policy:

Cancellation conditions depend on the booked rate.

Standard rate:
Until 3 days before arrival the booking can be cancelled or modified free of charge.
For later cancellations or modifications or for no-show, 100% of the total booked service will be charged.

Non refundable rates - non refundable rates:

• Non refundable Rate incl. breakfast
• Special Rate 3-4 Nights incl. breakfast
• Special Rate 5-6 Nights incl. breakfast
• Special Rate +7 Nights incl. breakfast

The costs amounting to 100% of the booked services will be charged directly to the specified credit card immediately after the reservation.
Bookings made at a non-refundable rate cannot be amended or canceled. No refund will be granted.

Cancellation conditions over the new year

• Period: December 25, 2024 - January 20, 2025
• free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
• Cancellations after this date will be charged at 100% of the booked stay

Cancellation condition from 15th until 22nd February 2025:

• free of charge 14 days before arrival

Best available daily rate - best available rate as well as bookings with corporate rate:
This rate gives the highest possible flexibility and no prepayment is required (credit card details are only used to guarantee the booking). The booking can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 6 p.m. before the cancellation period expires. For cancellations or changes after 6 p.m. after the cancellation period has expired or for no-show, 100% of the total booked service will be charged.

In the summer and winter seasons and in particular during Christmas and sports holidays, special cancellation conditions apply, which are listed individually in the offers/booking confirmations.
